Oriental meatballs with sajano beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, yellow rice (325 g), oil, sweet pointed peppers (2 pieces), broken green beans (500 g), boemboe for sajo beans (100 g), ground beef (lean), onion (fried fruit) and garlic.

Directions

Prepare rice according to directions on packaging.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet.

Peppers and beans a few min stir-fry.

Sajoer Beans Bumbu spice and add 200 ml hot water.

Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes with lid on pan.

In the meantime, mix ground beef with 3 tbsp fried onions, 2 cloves of pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Turn small balls of minced meat around 12-16.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and meatballs around brown containers.

Meatballs serve with yellow rice and beans with paprika sajur.

Garnish with separate fried onions..
