Oriental pork chop with mushrooms


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, ground cumin (djinten), ginger syrup (bottle 250 ml), rib chops, mushrooms ((a 250 g), halved), atjar tjampoer ((350 g), drained) and egg noodles.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Mix 3 tbsp oil with the cumin, ginger syrup and pepper and salt to taste. Pour over the chops, cover with preserving foil and leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Spoon halfway.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 6 minutes. Add the atjar and season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Roast the pork chops on the hot barbecue for about 5 minutes until done. Times regularly. Divide the noodles over 4 plates and add a chop. Serve with the sweet-sour mushrooms.
