Oven chicken with tomatoes and arugula
Chicken from the oven with tomatoes, onion, garlic and arugula.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Slice the garlic and mix with the oil and Italian herbs.

Cut the chicken fillets into pieces (2 pieces per person).

Put the chicken in the oven dish and scoop with half of the seasoned oil.

Cut the onion and tomatoes into pieces.
-
Divide the ciabatta into pieces.
-
Spread the onion, tomatoes and ciabatta over the baking sheet and add the rest of the seasoned oil.

Put the baking sheet in the bottom of the oven and place the baking dish above it. Roast for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, scoop the chicken and tomatoes.

Remove from the oven and scoop the vegetables, ciabatta and chicken with the arugula. Add some pepper and salt if desired.
