You can eat this oatmeal with honey and cinnamon with one of three delicious toppings: with almond and orange, with apple, cinnamon and raisins or with fruit spread, blueberries and lemon curds.

Divide the oatmeal, milk, honey and cinnamon over the jam-jar (s) in the evening (before breakfast) and stir.

Put the lid (s) on the pot (s) and put in the refrigerator for 8 hours (overnight).

The overnight oats are now ready to be eaten. This breakfast will be really tasty with one of the toppings (see tips). Add this just before serving.
