Pak choi with tofu and tarly
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tarly (250 g), Shanghai pak choi, red pepper, oil, tofu stir-fry spicy spiced (200 g), sweet soy sauce and (salted) cashew nuts.

Sauté in salt with plenty of water tarry with salt in about 12 minutes.

Cut paksoi into strips, wash and drain in colander.

Pepper and cut into rings.

Heat in wok oil.

Tofu cubes and pepper for about 3 minutes.

Add paksoi and ketjap marinade and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Discard Tarrey and transfer it to a bowl.

Grate paksoi on tarly and garnish with cashew nuts..
