Pan pizza with kidney beans and minced meat
Pan pizza of fried tortilla wraps, topped with tomato, spring onion, minced beef, kidney beans, avocado and cheddar cheese.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the spring onion in rings. Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit.
Mix the tomatoes, spring onions and the lime juice together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix the yogurt with the lime zest. Season with pepper and salt.
Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the mince with the cumin for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Put the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain. Bake the beans with the minced meat last minute. Season with pepper and salt.
Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Praise it with a fork. Grate the cheese.
Take the mince out of the pan and keep covered warm on a plate. Heat another frying pan and bake one wrap in each pan for 1 min.
Turn over and divide the avocado puree, the mince with beans and the cheese over it.
Heat for 2 more minutes or until the cheese has melted, possibly with the lid on the pan.
Divide the tomato salsa and lime yoghurt and serve immediately.
