Pancake tartlet with salmon and hollandaise sauce


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, fresh fish sauce Hollandaise (150 g AH Home Riot), warm smoked salmon steak (approx. 200 g), original pancakes (pack of 8) and capers.

Directions

  1. Clean the lemon well under cold running water and cut off 4 slices.
  2. Heat gently in small pan (on flame distributor) Hollandaisesauce with stirring.
  3. Squeeze the rest of lemon a little above it and stir in the juice.
  4. Place salmon steaks on a microwave-safe plate and heat them in microwave at full power (700 watts) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Place pancakes on a plate and heat them at full power (700 watts) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, halfway through turning.
  6. Place pancakes on four plates.
  7. Create some sauce.
  8. Cut salmon steaks into pieces and place on pancakes.
  9. Garnish with slice of lemon.
  10. Drizzle leftover sauce around cakes.
  11. Scrape capers around it..
