Pancake with tropical fruit and vanilla butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: butter (unsalted, at room temperature), vanilla bean, powdered sugar, tropical fruit salad (drained), pancakes natural (chilled) and oil to grease.

Stir the butter gently in a bowl. Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow with a knife. Stir the marrow with half of the icing sugar through the butter. Put the butter on a piece of plastic wrap and form a roll. Allow the butter to set in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.

Wrap the pancakes in a piece of aluminum foil and let them warm on a less hot part of the barbecue (for example on the edge). In the meantime, spread the tropical fruit in a well greased grill basket. Grill the fruit for 4-5 minutes; shake the basket regularly. Put the pancakes on (warm) plates and spread the grilled fruit over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the icing sugar. Cut the vanilla butter into slices and place them on the pancakes.
