A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: butter, red onion (chopped), mushroom melange (in slices), flour, herbal broth (from tablet), pancakes natural (ready-to-eat), pecans, crème fraîche (a 125 ml), old cheese (grated), parsley ((a 30 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat butter in frying pan.
  2. Onions and mushrooms 3 minutes in butter, stirring in, until all the moisture has evaporated.
  3. Sow flour on top of seven and 1 min.
  4. Add the broth and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook pancakes (according to instructions on the package).
  6. Pecans chop coarse (keep some nuts for garnishing).
  7. Chop the chopped nuts, crème fraîche and cheese with mushroom mixture and heat the ragout for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper.
  8. At the last moment stir 3/4 of parsley through ragout.
  9. Pancakes double on two plates each 2 pancakes.
  10. Fill each pancake with 1/4 part of ragout.
  11. Sprinkle leftover parsley over pancakes and garnish with the rest of pecans.
  12. Tasty with fresh oak leaf salad..
