Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the apple. Bake on high heat 1 min.

The apple should get some color, but not overcooked. Remove the apple from the pan and keep separate.

Make the pancake mix with the milk and the egg. Heat some butter in the pan and bake 8 pancakes.

Fold the pancakes double, scoop some apple and fold again double. Serve with a bread roll ice cream.
