Pancakes with cherry sauce


Crêpes made from Belgian cherry beer with a sauce of cherries and served with a ball of vanilla ice cream.

Directions

  1. Bring the beer, vanilla sugar, sugar and cinnamon to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the cherries and warm for 3 minutes. Stir in the potato starch with the water and bind the sauce.
  3. In a bowl, stir the flour, egg, beer, vanilla sugar and cinnamon into a smooth batter.
  4. Heat in a small frying pan a knob of butter and fry 4 pancakes of the batter.
  5. Divide the pancakes over the plates and divide the cherries, sauce and ice cream over them. Sprinkle with the icing sugar. Yummy! .
