Pancakes with white cabbage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, egg pancake mix, oil, half-to-half-minced, white cabbage (in narrow strips), sweet soy sauce, peanut butter, sambal oelek and ground mature cheese (bag of 150 g).

In bowl mix pancake mix with water to batter according to instructions.

Heat a little oil in frying pan and bake 8 pancakes.

Keep warm under the lid.

In the meantime heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry minced.

coals for 2 minutes, add 100 ml water and coal for 5 minutes.

Stir in the ketchap, peanut butter, sambal, salt and pepper to taste.

If sauce is too thick, water may be added.

Preheat the oven grill.

Prepare the cabbage mixture on one half of each pancake.

Place pancakes double on the greased baking tray.

Sprinkle the cheese over it and let it melt for 1-2 minutes under a hot grill..
