Panna cotta with strawberry
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whitegelatin, whipped cream, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, strawberries and icing sugar.

Gelatine soak for about 5 minutes in plenty of cold water. Meanwhile, bring whipped cream to the boil. Sugar and vanilla sugar while stirring in whipped cream. Gelatin squeezing and roasting in hot cream while stirring. Allow to cool to room temperature. Slowly grease the molds with oil. Panna cotta (= cooked cream) and pour in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Wash strawberries and remove crowns. 4 withhold strawberries and roughly mix strawberries in a low bowl. Pour powdered sugar through.

Put each plate on the plate, shake it, turn it together and let panna cotta glide on plates. Create strawberry puree around it. Whole strawberries cut into slices and garnish panna cotta.
