                                Cut the ciabatta into large dice. Put them in a large salad bowl and sprinkle with vinegar. Cut the tomatoes into pieces, the cucumber into cubes, the in half rings and tear the basil coarsely. Mix all this with the bread.

                                Season with oil, salt and pepper. Allow the flavors to withdraw for at least 15 minutes (this dish can easily be prepared in advance). Divide the salad over the plates.
