Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into pieces, the gorgonzola into pieces and the garlic and parsley fine.

Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms and garlic for 5 min. On medium heat.

Drain the pasta. Mix the mushrooms, gorgonzola and parsley with the pasta. Season with pepper and salt.
