Pappardelle with paprika
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pappardelle (pasta, bag 500 g), beef chipolata (sausage, 300 g), olive oil, zucchini (diced), grilled peppers (295 g), whipped cream (125 g), honey and Parmesan cheese (grated).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the sausages into 3 pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages for 4 minutes. Add the courgette and cook for 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the peppers in a measuring beaker with moisture and add the whipped cream. Puree with the hand blender and add to the sausages and zucchini. Add the honey and warm for another 2 minutes. Divide the pasta over 4 deep plates and spoon over the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese. Delicious with torn leaves of basil.
