Pappardelle with rocket and blue cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pappardelle (pasta) (chilled fresh), vine tomatoes (in slices), honey-mustard dressing, fresh thyme ((bag of 15 g), only the leaves), walnut oil, bluefin cheese (eg roquefort or fourme d ambert), crumbled), walnuts ((55 g), coarsely chopped), arugula (lettuce, 75 g) and black pepper (freshly ground).

Cook the pappardelle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile divide the slices of tomato over a bowl.

Sprinkle over the dressing and sprinkle with the thyme.

Drain the pappardelle and scoop with the walnut oil, bluefin cheese, walnuts and arugula.

Season the pasta with freshly ground pepper and spread it over four plates or bowls.
