Pappardelle with spicy sausage
A tasty recipe. The lactose-free main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh Catalan bratwurst and roma tomatoes.

Remove the skin from the Catalan sausages and cut them into 3 pieces each. Cut the chorizo into slices.

Heat the skillet and fry the slices of chorizo gently. Add the pieces of sausage and fry them while browning.

Cut the onion into thin slices and cook for 2 minutes. In the meantime cut the tomatoes into pieces and finely chop the oregano.

Add the tomato, the oregano and salt and pepper to the meat and gently simmer the dish for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the pappardelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid into a bowl.

Drain the pappardelle and put the pasta back in the pan. Scoop the sausage-tomato sauce through the pasta. If necessary, add some of the cooking liquid kept apart.

Divide the dish over deep hot plates. Serve the cheese.
