Pappardelle with tomato-minced meat sauce
Pasta dish made of pappardelle, minced beef, basic pasta sauce with caper and oregano, red onion, garden peas, vine tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mince over 5 minutes at medium heat.

Add the pasta sauce and heat for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and salt.

Meanwhile, cut the onions into thin rings. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the frozen garden peas and cook for 4 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, cook the pappardelle al dente according to the instructions on the package. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Mix the pappardelle through the sauce and spread over the plates. Divide the onion, garden peas and tomato. Scrape the cheese above it. Serve immediately.
