A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, traditional olive oil and chilled pesto spread.

Directions

  1. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, peel the stem and cut into pieces. Cook in 5 minutes until al dente and rinse with cold water. Chop the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the ham and broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the pesto and crème fraîche and warm through. Serve the penne with the sauce and cheese.
