Paprika Tomato soup


Sweet pepper tomato soup with balls.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Cut the zucchini into cubes (brunoise).
  3. Remove the skin from the sausages.
  4. Put the sausage meat in a bowl and knead with half of the parsley.
  5. Turn balls of the minced meat the size of a marble.
  6. Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the onion. Fry the zucchini for 2 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile let the peppers drain in a sieve.
  8. Add the tomatoes, peppers and the bouillon tablet. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  9. Take of the fire. Puree the soup with a hand blender.
  10. Put the pan back on the fire. Add the water, add the meatballs and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  11. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the rest of the parsley. Bon appétit! .
