Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Chop the onions and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken, onion, garlic and Al-Andalus 5 min.
  3. Meanwhile cut the stalk of the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the peppers into strips.
  4. Add the (uncooked) rice to the chicken and fry until the grains are translucent. Add the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the broth into the rice. Bring to the boil, stir and reduce the heat. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into pieces and stir before serving by the paella.
