Pasta With Salmon And Spinach


Pasta shells with salmon, spinach à la crème, onion and mushrooms.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onions and cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes until the moisture has evaporated.
  3. Add the frozen spinach and heat until everything has thawed.
  4. Cut the salmon into pieces. Put the salmon in the spinach mixture and heat for 3 minutes until the salmon is just done.
  5. In the meantime, use caution. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Divide the pasta over deep plates and spoon the spinach and salmon.
