Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Clean the winter roots and cut them into cubes. Chop the onion.

Thaw the spinach in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the carrot and onion for approx. 2 minutes. Then bake the tofu for 4 minutes.

Add the spinach and stir until the vegetables are fully warmed. Then add the creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper.

Scoop the vegetable mixture through the pasta and spread over the plates. Sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
