Pasta frittata with mushrooms
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: wholemeal spaghetti, olive oil, onions (chopped), garlic (chopped), mixed mushrooms (in slices), chili powder, Italian herbs, eggs, whipped cream and hard goat cheese (grated).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the onion and garlic glassy.

Add the mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Season them spicy with salt, pepper, chili powder and Italian herbs.

Let the spaghetti drain.

Mix the mushrooms through the spaghetti.

Heat the rest of the oil in the frying pan and spoon the spaghetti mixture into it.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream and goat cheese, season with salt and pepper and pour over the spaghetti mixture.

Let it covered completely over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Once the top has become dry, turn the frittata over with a plate and bake the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
