Pasta salad with artichoke and goat's cheese
Pasta salad, made from fusilli with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, arugula and goat's cheese with a dressing of houmous, lime juice and full yogurt

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain, rinse under cold running water and drain well.

Meanwhile stir in the hummus with the yogurt and the lime juice in a large bowl into a dressing.

Halve the tomatoes and cut the artichoke hearts into quarters. Add with the pasta and the rocket to the dressing and scoop.

Crumble the goat's cheese on top, season with pepper and garnish with the arugula.
