Cook the spelled according to the instructions on the package. Drain and put into a bowl.

Meanwhile cut a piece of the bottom and top of the salad onions and cut the onions into pieces of 5 cm.

Heat the grill pan. Drizzle the onions with the oil and grill 5 min. Turn regularly. Remove from the pan and allow to cool slightly on a plate.

Grate the green skin of the lime over the spelled and press the fruit above it. Add the oil and scoop.

Keep a few leaves of fresh mint and cut the rest into strips.

Mix the fresh mint with the pomegranate seeds, rocket and muhammara through the spelled. Season with pepper and salt.

Place the pieces of goat cheese on the spelled salad and sprinkle the grilled onions. Garnish with the rest of the coin.
