Pasta salad with beef cervelat, tomato and green beans
Salad with fusilli, green beans, gherkin, cherry tomatoes and beef cervelat sausage.

Cook the fusilli al dente according to the instructions on the package. Cook the broken green beans for the last 3 minutes.

Put in a colander, rinse under cold running water and drain. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and cut the pickles into cubes.

Remove the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage lengthwise in four and then into pieces of ½ cm.

Mix the mayonnaise, the mustard and 2 tablespoons of water from the jar of pickles into a dressing. Slice the leaves of the basil and add half.

Put the pasta, green beans, tomato, gherkin, beef cervelat and dressing in a bowl and mix.

Season with pepper and salt. Garnish with the rest of the basil.
