Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Thaw the shrimp according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the shallots and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan oil and fry the shallots for 2 min. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in the sherry. Then scoop the cream cheese through the shrimp and let it melt. Stir in the tomato and cook for 1 min.

Cut the parsley. Spread the pasta over the plates with the shrimps and garnish with the parsley.
