Pasta with fish sauce
Fusilli with cod, shrimps, garlic, onion and dill.

Boil the fusilli in a pan with plenty of boiling water and a little salt in 10-12 minutes. Let the butter melt in a thick-bottomed pan. Stir in the flour and gently fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes without coloring.

Pour 2/3 of the milk with stirring and keep stirring until a thick bonded sauce is formed. Pour in a dash for the rest of the milk to dilute the sauce. Keep stirring until the sauce is nicely smooth.

Peel the garlic and chop the onion. Crumble the bouillon tablet over the sauce and squeeze out the garlic. Stir in the onion, cod and shrimps and heat the sauce for 10 min. Until the cod is tender and onion falls.

Stir in the whipped cream and continue to heat thoroughly. Meanwhile, the dill fine. Stir in the dill. Drain the pasta and spread over deep plates. Spoon the fish sauce on it. Tasty with broccoli.
