Pasta with mozzarella and dried tomatoes
Tagliatelle with broccoli, mozzarella. dried tomatoes, rocket lettuce and pine nuts.

Divide the broccoli into florets, cut the stem into thin slices and wash. Cook in a deep pan in plenty of boiling water and 1 tsp salt the pasta and the broccoli for approx. 5 min. Pour and leave in the pan.

Spoon the pine nuts into a dry frying pan while stirring and let them cool immediately on the plate. Drain the mozzarella and semi-dried tomatoes. Spoon the tomatoes through the pasta and broccoli. Warm up.

Put the mozzarella through. Divide the pasta over the plates. Sprinkle pine nuts, arugula and generously coarsely ground pepper.
