Pasta with mushroom sauce
Pasta with turkey breast, mushrooms, Italian vegetable mix and mushroom sauce.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the turkey into cubes. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey around brown in about 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry vegetables and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring. Season with the herbs, pepper and salt.

Drain the pasta in a colander. Heat the sauce with the wine in a (pasta) pan.

Spoon the pasta through and let it warm through. Divide the pasta and the vegetable turkey mixture over four plates.
