Pasta with salami and artichoke
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pasta, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), salami (in slices and halved), artichokes ((400 g), drained), dried tomatoes on oil (in strips), dried mint (or tarragon) and olives without pit.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic on a low heat until golden brown.

Fry the halved slices of salami until crisp.

Cut the artichokes into slices.

Stir in the artichoke slices and the tomato strips through the salami mixture.

Season with fresh mint or tarragon and (freshly ground) pepper.

Drain the pasta and distribute it over four plates.

Divide the salami mixture and the olives over the plates and serve immediately..
