Pasta with sausages, olives and lemon
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne (pasta), olive oil, Catalan sausages (270 g), lemon (scrubbed), black olives (seedless (pot a 240 g)), fresh parsley (flat (15 g) and sliced ).

Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages with the lid on the pan over low heat in 15 minutes.

Cut them into slanted slices.

Grate 1 teaspoon of the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Spoon the penne with the lemon juice, the grater, the slices of sausage, the olives and the parsley, season with (freshly ground) pepper.
