Directions

  1. Clean the potatoes and cook them in the peel for 10 minutes. Drain, allow to cool slightly and cut the potatoes into pieces. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10-12 min. Brown and done.
  2. Sprinkle with the paprika powder, the oregano, thyme and salt and scoop.
  3. In the meantime, cook the broccoli in water with salt until tender in 8 minutes.
