Directions

  1. Mix cream pâté with cognac and fill with low dishes or Chinese soup spoons.
  2. Smooth the top and sprinkle with a layer of caster sugar.
  3. Let the pâté in the fridge cold through.
  4. Put the dishes or spoons just before serving under a hot grill and let the sugar layer caramelise..
