A tasty French recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, cream pâté, cognac (liquorice) and dark caster sugar.
Mix cream pâté with cognac and fill with low dishes or Chinese soup spoons.
Smooth the top and sprinkle with a layer of caster sugar.
Let the pâté in the fridge cold through.
Put the dishes or spoons just before serving under a hot grill and let the sugar layer caramelise..
