A nice Mediterranean recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh mint (a 15 g), half pears in syrup (a 411 g), hand pear (peeled), vanilla liqueur (bottle 0.7 liter, liquor) and almond shavings (bowl 55 g).
Leave 4 leaves of fresh mint for garnishing. Puree the half pears with the syrup and the rest of the fresh mint in the food processor until smooth. Place in the freezer for 3 hours. Cut the pears into pieces and mix with the liqueur. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Roast the almond shavings for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Divide the ice cream and the pieces of pear over 2 glasses. Garnish with the almond shavings and the retained mint.
