Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the crusts from the bread and crumble the bread (possibly in a food processor or with the hand blender).
-
Cut the tomatoes into slices, the onion into thin rings and the broccoli florets into even smaller florets. Also cut the garlic fine.
-
Mix the tomato with onion and oil in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Boil the pasta in plenty of water according to the packaging.
-
Cook the broccoli with the pasta for the last 4 minutes. In the meantime, bake the bacon strips in a dry frying pan for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
-
Scoop the bacon strips with a slotted spoon from the pan and let them drain on kitchen paper. Add the garlic and the bread crumbs to the bacon fat in the pan.
-
Fry the whole before shoving until the crumb is golden brown and crispy. Drain the pasta and broccoli and mix in the bacon and olive oil.
