Penne with beef and fennel
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, meat tomatoes, fennel tubers, penne rigate (bag of 500 g), liquid margarine, beef strips (about 400 g), potato starch and gorgonzola (blue cheese).

Boiling water.

Cut meat tomatoes crosswise and immerse in boiling water.

Remove skins and cut tomatoes into pieces.

Remove hard parts of fennel.

Wash fennel and cut into slices.

Cook Penne according to instructions on packaging.

In the meantime, heat half of margarine in a pan, add tomatoes, fennel and salt.

Fennel in 15 min.

With lid on pan of black morass.

Heat the rest of margarine in frying pan.

Sprinkle the beef strips with pepper and brown and cook until done.

Stir potato starch with 1 tbsp water and stir in fennel mixture.

Add Gorgonzola and let it melt.

Create pasta on plates.

Spread fennel mixture over it and place beef strips on top..
