Penne with courgette cheese sauce and salmon
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne (pasta), onion, garlic, courgettes, salmon fillet, butter, olive oil and pasta sauce with Parmesan cheese (and basil (a 190 g)).

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Peel onion and garlic.

Wash the courgettes and cut into cubes.

Divide salmon into four pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Salmon in 8 minutes brown and cooked on both sides.

In a large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil with onion.

Squeeze out garlic and coagulate.

Zucchini with stirring for 3 min.

Stir the saus and penne through the zucchini and let it warm all the way through.

Penne with salt and pepper to taste and spread over four plates.

Serve with salmon..
