Penne with mushroom sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne rigate (pasta 500 g), onions, oyster mushrooms (150 g), dried tomatoes in oil (a 180 g), olive oil, ham strips (200 g), Specialità with Porcini (pasta sauce with mushrooms à 150 g) and dry white wine.

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean oyster mushrooms and cut into strips.

Dry the tomatoes and cut them fine.

Heat oil in frying pan and bake onions for about 2 minutes.

Add oyster mushrooms and bake for about 2 minutes.

Add the ham strips, tomato pieces and the contents of jars of sauce and let the sauce warm up.

Stir in the wine and pasta and heat the dish through and through.
