Chop the onion, cut celery in little bows and the carrots into slices.

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion glassy in about 3 min.

Add the celery, the carrots and the tomato sauce. Bring to the boil while stirring and let the sauce with the lid on the pan on low heat for 10 minutes.

Drain the penne and scoop through the sauce. Serve immediately. Give the ground cheese separately.
