Penne with salami, cherry tomatoes and spinach
Pasta with fresh spinach, olives, cherry tomatoes and salami.

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Cut the salami into half slices, finely chop the onion and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the salami in 2-3 min. Add the onion and cook for 1 min.

Add the spinach in portions and let it shrink all the time. Spoon the tomatoes through and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the crème fraîche and heat for another 1 min on low heat. Let the olives drain. Spoon the pasta and the olives through the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper. Divide the plates and serve immediately.
