Directions

  1. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package al dente.
  2. Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until it looks glassy.
  4. Now add the salmon pieces, cognac and whipped cream and gently bring the sauce to a low heat. Then stir in the butter.
  5. Add the pasta sauce and slowly stir in the sauce until it turns pink.
  6. Add the pasta to the sauce and warm it carefully carefully. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
