Penne with snow peas


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mixed mushrooms, olive oil, fresh rosemary (minced), garlic (pressed), Parma ham (in pieces), snow peas (cleaned), penne (pasta) and Pecorino (piece).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Clean the mushrooms. Halve only the very large ones and leave the rest whole. Spoon the mushrooms in a roasting pan with 2 tbsp oil, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Place the roasting pan on the grid in the middle of the oven and roast the mushrooms in 15 minutes until done. Invite them occasionally.
  2. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of Parma ham within 2 minutes. Add the pea pods and 2 tbsp water and simmer them covered in about 8 minutes.
  3. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid into the snow peas. Drain the penne and put the pasta back in the pan.
  4. Spoon the pea pods with Parma ham and the mushrooms through the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Divide the dish over 4 deep hot plates and scrape the cheese on top. Tasty with a spinach salad with pine nuts.
