Penne with spicy fish sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne (pasta), onions, garlic, red pepper, red peppers, anchovy fillets in olive oil (48 g), tilapia fillet (about 200 g), tomato cubes (400 g) and salt and pepper.
Cook Penne according to instructions.
Peel and chop onions and garlic.
Cut pepper by half, remove seeds and finely chop pepper.
Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
Heat oil of anchovies in pan.
Season the onion, garlic and pepper for about 4 minutes.
Add pepper and roast for another 3 minutes.
Cut anchovies and tilapia fillet into pieces.
Add the tilapia fillet, anchovies and tomato cubes and heat the sauce for approx.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve sauce with pasta.
Delicious with iceberg salad with vinaigrette..
