Directions

  1. Cut 1 clove of garlic into slices, press the other. Cut the pepper mix into strips and chop the onion.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion with the garlic slices for 1 min. Add the pepper and cook for 2 min.
  3. Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan until the pepper is soft. Add pepper and salt.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
  5. Cut the basil leaves into strips. Mix the tuna with the lemon zest and juice, the pressed garlic, the basil and the oil.
