                                Cut 1 clove of garlic into slices, press the other. Cut the pepper mix into strips and chop the onion.
- 
                                Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion with the garlic slices for 1 min. Add the pepper and cook for 2 min.
- 
                                Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan until the pepper is soft. Add pepper and salt.
- 
                                Meanwhile, cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.
- 
                                Cut the basil leaves into strips. Mix the tuna with the lemon zest and juice, the pressed garlic, the basil and the oil.
