Turkey fricassee
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (in strips), butter, shallots (chopped), garlic (chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), flour, dry white wine (eg chardonnay) and cooking cream (250 ml).

Sprinkle the turkey with salt and pepper. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the turkey in 4 min. Brown. Take out of the pan.

Add the rest of the butter and fry the shallot for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and the mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the flour and cook for another 1 min. Pour in the wine and the cream. Let the sauce thicken over low heat and season with salt and pepper.

Add the turkey again and continue for another 2 minutes. Delicious with potato gratin and haricots verts.
