Penne with tuna in tomato capers
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna on oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), beef tomatoes (in pieces), green olives (without pit), capers, penne (pasta), ground chilli (mill) and black olive tapenade.

Drain the cans of tuna and collect the oil. Heat half the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic very gently for 4 minutes. Add the tomato pieces, olives and capers and gently simmer for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the penne according to the instructions on the packaging. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking liquid into a bowl. Drain the penne and scoop the pasta through the vegetables. Season the dish with salt and chili pepper. When the pasta is too dry, add a dash of the trapped cooking liquid.

Divide the pasta over 4 warm deep plates. Divide the tuna into pieces and put them on the pasta. Spoon a spoonful of tapenade on each plate.
