Cut the vine tomatoes into slices and the Parmesan cheese into pieces. Put them together with the garlic, sundried to and the olive oil in a tall cup.

Puree with a hand blender into a pesto and season with pepper.

Cut the smoked chicken fillet and buffalo mozzarella into slices.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and heat the piadine in parts 2 min. Turn halfway.

Divide some pesto, beat melange, slices of chicken and mozzarella over the piadine.

Fold close, fold (possibly) another time to a pizza point and serve.
